Yes, after a new product is introduced to the market, the reason why it can be quickly accepted by users must be because its unique functions meet the pain points or just needs of customers.

At the beginning of the 21st century, China's color TV industry has achieved rapid development. In mass production, various components such as glass bulbs and color tubes on the assembly line need to be frequently transferred between stations, including inspection stations, packaging and offline stations, etc., which require a large number of pneumatic balance systems.

Three Highlights

01 Weightless Floating When the electric hoist goes up and down, the electric pulse drives the motor, and then drives the wire up and down. The lifting distance brought by a pulse is 3~5cm, but in actual production, it needs to be accurate to 1~2mm, which makes the requirements for component assembly or precise positioning not met; the electric hoist starts or stops, there is impact, and it is easy to cause bumps Injuries and product quality defects; when the electric hoist is running, the speed is constant, and the speed cannot be changed according to the actual needs, which brings a lot of inconvenience during operation. The pneumatic balancer realizes the lifting of the workpiece through the pneumatic control system. First, the ingenious air control system can balance the weight of the workpiece and make the workpiece float. The workpiece can reach the desired position directly with the movements of the operator's hands, and the running speed can be changed steplessly at will, and the entire operation process is smooth and gentle.

When the electric hoist        02 Handle Integration  transports the workpiece, both hands must be separated, one hand grasps the workpiece, and the other holds the flashlight door to control the lifting of the workpiece. It is conceivable that it is difficult to accurately position the workpiece with one-hand operation, especially when dealing with heavy items. The pneumatic balancer integrates the control handle on the fixture, which can control the workpiece with both hands at the same time. For the handling, positioning or assembly of workpieces, this is not a simple doubling of convenience, but a completely different operating experience.

03 Misoperation Protection This is not a mechanical simple foolproof such as double buttons, but a built-in, automatic misoperation protection, using a special misoperation protection valve group. As long as the workpiece is not effectively supported by the work surface to be unloaded, the unloading button is in a disabled state, and there is no need to worry about the risk of falling parts during transfer. Of course, a variety of convenient functions such as load display can also be configured, so that the operator can see the current working status at a glance through the instrument.

Mass production on the assembly line requires fast react time, and the transfer of workpieces between stations must be fast-fetched and fast-released. The "Three Highlights" of the pneumatic balancer can perfectly deal with a series of implied "quick handling".
