Slitting cuts wide silicon steel master coils into narrow strips for transformer‑core cutting, lamination and other electrical‑steel uses per customer‑specified widths. Production pre‑checks: material grade, coating, coil dimensions, finished width, edge and recoiling requirements.
Cut‑to‑length blanking produces silicon steel sheets/laminations to target lengths. Multiple line formats support diverse sheet sizes. Controlled feeding and magnetic stacking facilitate handling, inspection and downstream production.
