Cold Rolled Steel

Cold rolled steel is one of the most common and practical steels, which is produced by rolling hot rolled coils at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature.

Cold rolled and hot-rolled pickled plates remove surface oxide scales, improve the surface quality of steel, and facilitate welding, oiling, and painting. Mainly used in industries such as automobiles, home appliances, hardware, and general machinery. 

Application

Cold rolled products are mainly used for high value-added products such as automotive panels, home appliance panels, tinplate, color coated panels, and electrical steel. The home appliance industry is mainly used for producing products such as refrigerators, washing machines, freezers, air conditioners, microwaves, water heaters, range hoods, rice cookers, and electric ovens. In other application industries, it is mainly used for household enamel, office furniture, anti-theft doors, electronic components, button cell, household hardware, auto parts, etc.
